ROAD BIKE TRAILS

Tahoe City/Sugar Pine Point State Park 9 miles one way: 7 miles on a bike path and 2 miles on the shoulder of the highway but beautiful lake views the whole way.
Tahoe City/Dollar Point 2.5 miles one way: a bit of an uphill climb along this bike path.  You can head to the beach, playgrounds, boating or fishing from the path.
Tahoe City/Squaw Valley 8 miles one way: only 1/2 mile along the should of the highway, this bike path leads to fabulous dining and shopping in Squaw Valley.
Lakeshore Drive/Ponderosa Ranch 2.5 miles one way: this bike path trail is completely paved for a smooth ride.
Jogger's Trail 2.5 miles one way: starting at Gateway Park/Hwy 28.  Lakeshore Estates views as well as beautiful views of the lake itself.  Private beaches.
Around the Lake 72 miles total: mostly flat, with one steep climb to the summit of Dollar Hill.

MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS
Emigrant Trail 22 miles one way: easy to moderate trail.  Just past Prosser Creek Bridge on Hwy 89.
Flume Trail 14 miles one way: strenuous trail.  Junction of Hwy 28 and Hwy 50.
Spooner to Marlette 12 miles one way: moderate trail.  Just north of Hwy 50 and Hwy 28 junction on East Shore.
Tahoe Rim Trail 20 miles one way: strenuous.  Starts at the Spooner Lake parking in Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park.
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride 20 miles one way: strenuous.  Past forest service gate on Oneidis in Myers.
Genoa Peak 8-12 miles one way: moderate.  Located off Genoa Peak Road 14N32 off North Benjamin Road in the South Shore.
Angora Ridge 2-4 miles one way: moderate.  Located along Fallen Leaf Lake Road on the West Shore.
Twin Peaks 2 miles one way: moderate.  Located 2 miles north of Hwy 89 & 50 intersection on Lake Tahoe Blvd.
Martis Peak 5 miles one way: moderate/strenuous.  Located 1/2 mile past Brockway Summit on Forest Service Rd 18N02 in Kings Beach.
McKinney-Rubicon Springs Rd Mileage varies: moderate.  On the West Shore.
Northstar-at-Tahoe Mileage and hiking conditions vary.  Surrounding area of Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort.
Sugar Pine Point State Park 2-15 miles one way: easy/moderate.  On the West Shore.  Parking is very limited.
